How quickly do you respond to IT support tickets?

Do you provide onsite IT support as well as remote?

Yes. Around 80% of issues are resolved remotely from our Watford helpdesk, but for hardware faults, new starters, network changes or larger projects our engineers are onsite across Hertfordshire, north London, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire — usually same day, often within the hour for nearby clients.

Infrastructure services such as networking, firewalls, Azure/AWS and VMware are bundled in on fully-managed plans or added as needed.

How much does managed IT support cost?

Pricing is per user per month and depends on the scope (helpdesk only, helpdesk + infrastructure, fully managed including cyber security and Microsoft 365). For a typical SME the all-in cost works out significantly lower than hiring even one internal IT person, while giving you a whole team. We'll quote transparently after a free 30-minute scoping call — no surprise extras.

Are you Cyber Essentials Plus certified?

Yes. Axia is Cyber Essentials Plus certified ourselves, and we help clients achieve and maintain Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification as part of their managed service. This is increasingly required for public-sector contracts, cyber insurance and supplier questionnaires.

Can you work alongside our existing in-house IT person or team?

Absolutely — around a third of our clients have an internal IT lead. We act as their 24/7 helpdesk, their cloud and security specialists, or their out-of-hours cover. We will not try to displace your team; the goal is to give them senior backup so they can focus on strategic work rather than firefighting tickets.

What happens if we want to switch from our current IT provider?

Switching MSPs is something we handle every month. We run a structured 30-day onboarding: knowledge transfer, documentation, account and credential rotation, monitoring rollout and a clean cut-over date. You don't lose service during the transition — we run in parallel until everything is stable.

Do you support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Azure?
